Jon's Coleslaw
Tastes Like KFC Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 8 Cups Diced or Shredded Cabbage I use the pre-made mix with carrots
- ¼ Cup Shredded Carrot
- ¼ Medium Yellow Onion
- ½ Cup Helmens Mayonnaise
- ⅓ Cup Granulated Sugar
- ¼ Cup Milk
- ¼ Cup Buttermilk
- 2½ TBSP Lemon Juice
- 1½ TBSP White Vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Shred cabbage, dice onion and carrots.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour over the veggies and stir all with a wooden spoon.
- Cover the bowl with a saran wrap and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Stir again before serving.
