Big Daddy (Rob Snider) Casserole

  • 9X13 Baking Dish


  • 2 Cans Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls (8oz)
  • 1 Roll 16 oz Pork Sausage
  • 1 8oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese


  • Cut Cream Cheese Into Blocks And Allow To Soften
  • Brown Pork Sausage
  • Drain Liquid From Sausage
  • In a 9X13 Baking Dish place the first can of crescent rolls without separating. It should be one sheet of dough on the bottom.
  • Add cream cheese to drained sausage and heat over low heat until cheese is melted.
  • Scoop sausage/cream cheese mixture over base layer of dough in baking dish. Spread evenly.
  • Place the second crescent roll sheet over the top of the sausage/cream cheese mixture. Again this should be one solid sheet of dough
  • Bake on 375 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until top layer is a golden brown.
  • Cut into squares and serve.
